Mr. Thompson is a Senior Project Manager with a depth of experience and
success on a full range of electronic discovery and litigation matters.
Mr. Thompson focuses on helping clients handle all phases of document
review projects. He is a proven project leader, providing his clients
with end-to-end solutions on a variety of large-scale e-discovery
and litigation matters.
Mr. Thompson's prior law firm experience focused on large-scale
litigation, including data and document retrieval, review, and production.
In that capacity, he oversaw deposition and trial exhibit designations,
and consulted with trial attorneys on evidence presentation and admission
strategies during multiple jury trials.
Professional Experience
Managed all phases of document review and litigation support for
several multi-billion dollar cases involving multiple corporate
defendants
Oversaw document and data retrieval efforts at corporate client
locations; worked closely with custodians to facilitate document retention
and review
Worked with production and data management vendors and clients to
facilitate the capture, review and production of electronic and
non-electronic data
Managed teams of reviewers for multiple document review projects and
tracked progress of review
Supported and consulted teams of trial attorneys for multiple
jury trials

Concordance, FYI, Kroll Ontrack Inview, Stratify, Discovery Radar,
and eView
